Vyatta University
Vyatta has created a curriculum of training courses that cover basic and advanced topics related to Vyatta networking software. Vyatta University courses are designed to teach users of Vyatta community and subscription software packages the essential skills to design and deploy affordable networks using Vyatta open-source software. These courses let Vyatta users access the technical expertise of the Vyatta team through self-paced online training or instructor-led online or on-site courses.

Learn how to install, configure and manage the Vyatta system
Interfaces
Learn how to configure and manage interfaces such as Ethernet with VLANs and T1/E1/T3 with PPP, Frame Relay and cHDLC.
Services
Learn how to configure and manage services such as: SSH, Telnet, Web GUI, DHCP.
Routing Protocols
Learn how to configure and manage routing protocols such as: Static, RIP, OSPF and BGP

Learn how to configure and manage security features such as: NAT, firewall and VPN.
Delivery Options
Self-Paced Training
Self-paced training is offered through our online training portal on an individual login basis. Pricing for self-paced training is on a per-course basis.
Instructor-led training
On-Site: On-site Instructor-led Training can be conducted at your place of business or wherever you prefer. Pricing is per day of training, plus travel expenses.
Online: Online Instructor-led Training is available via web conference. Pricing is per hour of training.
Certification
Vyatta plans to offer a certification program to recognize individual mastery of Vyatta networking capabilities. Credit for all training is tracked in the training portal and will be credited toward future certification.
